I liked the size of the room and the natural light; I also liked the fact that some, but only some, of the original features (from 3 years ago) have been retained.
Poor cleaning schedule; inadequate glassware in room. Overall, I was disappointed that the atmosphere from the original hotel had been heavily diluted.

The hotel staff were great, they were very flexible and allowed us to stay in the room after the checkout time.
The hotel does not service the rooms every day. We didnt realise this until we asked - we stayed 3 nights without the room being serviced which was a bit messy with 3 in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was ideal, being close to the metro station and within walking distance to many great restaurants and cafes. It was also in proximity to major attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries. it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Rooms were spacious and there were tea and coffee making facilities.
Even though we were in a non smoking room, we could still smell smoke and our clothes ended up smelling of smoke when we returned home.

Location: the hotel was right by major attractions in Sydney, and Kings Cross/Potts Point restaurants. I had coffee at Joseph Hyde, located within 5 minutes walk. Good-sized and functional room, besides I had an EXCEPTIONAL view on sunset.
